Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the exact condition in which the product was delivered.

The product must not have been damaged through improper handling. Normal wear is accepted, but breakage due to negligence is not.

Products for which hygiene is important must be carefully cleaned before return.

The product must have been found defective immediately after receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return is processed within 7 business days, and if it is accepted, an official confirmation will be sent to you within that time frame.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect that the product has been used or damaged without our responsibility.

Once your request is validated, we will provide you with the exact return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
đ CANCELLATION â RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Conditions of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which you or an authorized third party (excluding the carrier) received the last item in your order.
â ïž As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after confirmation. This means that we cannot interrupt shipment after the order has been placed, and a refund before receipt is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

The withdrawal will be considered effective once the returned goods are received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipment in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia. Therefore, delivery times may be longer and beyond our control.
If your parcel is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
You will need to wait until you receive the package and then follow the return procedure.
Of course, you may inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
To speed up processing, we kindly ask you to provide proof of shipment when returning the package.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received (except delivery fees and any additional charges related to special delivery options) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another agreement has been explicitly made. No fees will be charged for this refund.
